Project: Lotus Ballrooms – Social Media Management

Lotus Ballrooms is one of Alexandria's most prestigious wedding and event venues, located at the Police Club, known for its luxurious halls, open-air gardens, and elegant designs perfect for family celebrations, weddings, and special occasions.

My Role:

• Full social media strategist and manager for Instagram and Facebook.

• Receive monthly briefs from the client on upcoming events, promotions, and seasonal themes.

• Develop monthly content calendar.

• Write engaging bilingual captions (Arabic + English).

• Schedule posts and stories using Meta tools.

• Monitor insights, reply to inquiries, and boost engagement through heart reactions, polls, and questions.

Key Highlights & Results:

• Facebook views increased by 219% in the last months.

• Total contacts: 187 (+567.9%).

• New contacts: 170 (+529.6%).

• Visits: 4.5K (+136%).

• High reach & views (37K views (+219%), 4.5K viewers (+328%)).
